When you are placing orders, the Website will provide you with an estimated sum of import duties, taxes and/or Customs charge by considering its final destination. BROTREE will try the best to get a more accurate estimate, but the accuracy could not be guaranteed. We will not claim more if the actual amount exceeds the estimated amount from you, meanwhile, you should not claim a refund if the estimated amount you paid exceeds the actual. If you agree with our estimation, you may proceed the order.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND STATUS
We promise to process the order and send an Order Confirmation to your email within 48 hours after payment processed.
Normally, the orders will be mailed out as timeline from the date of the Order Confirmation, followed by a tracking number sent via email.
The purchased product(s) will be delivered within 10 - 20 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the timeline of shipping service provided by any third-party courier. Shipping time can vary depending on the final destination place, public holidays, and third-party couriers as well as force major event or unforeseeable circumstances. In case the delivery has not occurred within the above indicated term, you shall provide BROTREE with a further ten (10) days to deliver the Product. Provided that, in case of failure to comply with such term after receipt of the specified notice, your remedies shall be limited exclusively to termination of the Agreement and refund of payment received.
